Can anyone identify this music from a National Geo Wild special?

It's the background music on Video 4 - African Postcard Ep. 1 - Rhino Darting. I tried both Shazam and Soundhound but neither recognized it.

From the way diegetic sounds are mixed in with the music, I'm gonna guess that the piece was probably written specifically for the ad. It is pretty, though! :)
