S/MIME signed email on Android?

I've currently got a Windows Mobile phone on Verizon, and I'd like to switch to an Android phone. I get a fair amount of S/MIME signed email, which I'm told the native email app is unable to display. Can anyone suggest an email client for Android that will handle signed email?

The folks at Good tell me they're working on one but it isn't done yet. Google searches yield lots of "I'd like this feature" sorts of answers...

I've heard good things about K9 Mail, but haven't used it myself or determined if S/MIME is problematic.

I would check out whether Touchdown can do this.

Response by poster: Thanks, I checked K9 and Touchdown but it looks like there's an enhancement request in each for S/MIME so I'm guessing neither support it yet.

The newest versions (beta, not market) of K9 mail are great, but I'm not sure about S/MIME. If, however, you want to try it out, MeMail me for my work email address.

Response by poster: On a Droid (or Droid 2) running 2.2 the native mail application as well as Touchdown are able to handle signed email.
