Swedish translation help?

What do the following paragraphs say? Google translate is not really helping in this case.
Thanks!

Best answer: This is in a kind of bureaucratic Swedish, which is a bit hard to parse even for us Swedes sometimes... I would guess it is from some old internal university rules rather than instructions for students. A quick close translation:

"Studievägskoden" (study path code?) shall be supplemented with a number in the last position, which indicates the students study course accordingly:

0 - complete study course with grades in all compulsory subjects and with the mark "Participated" in the subject or activity, where such mark should be given.

Student who have been released from a subject or activity is assigned to this group if the prerequisites are fulfilled in other subjects.

2 - complete study course but without grades in one or more compulsory subjects or without the mark "Participated" in the subject or activity, where such mark should be given.

In more plain language: add a 0 or a 2 to the end of the code. 0 if the student has gotten a grade or participated in all compulsory parts of the course, 2 otherwise. If a student didn't have to do all parts (and therefore not have a grade in one part), use 0.

Ah, googling some terms I see that this is from old high school grades. Basically a 2 as the last digit in the number after a grade (1-5 in the old system where this text seems to be used) means the student didn't finish all parts, 0 means it's all good.

Have the same text in my old high school grade diploma, but never read it :).
