strange Firefox problem

Using Firefox 3.6.3, Windows 7 Ultimate Edition. I have noticed over the past several days an error that makes reference to a script that is failing to run. I'm not sure how to replicate the error, but it essentially freezes Firefox, and I have to go into Windows Task Manager and kill firefox.exe and re-open it. Unfortunately I don't remember the exact wording of the error message.

So, the question: Given this vague description what can I do in the future to figure out what is causing this error message?

The Add-ons I have: Adblock Plus, Google Gears, Java Console, and Kaspersky URL Advisor.

I don't know if any of these add-ons are not playing nicely, though I have the most updated versions of them. I don't know if it's caused by a particular web site.

Etc.

Thanks for any advice.

Other computer specs (probably irrelevant): 4 GB of RAM, quad-core 3.0 GHz processor, discrete video 512MB RAM. In other words the computer has plenty of resources to run Firefox....

Response by poster: Oh, and I'm running the 64-bit version of Windows 7. Again I don't think that's really relevant.

Best answer: This happened to me a while ago, and if I recall correctly it was the Java Console. For some reason, I had several versions of it running, so I had to disable everything except the latest version.

Response by poster: Hmm. I may have multiple versions of java console running. Will look at that when I'm in front of the computer...

Thanks...
