Help me find a Brooklyn nursing home for my grandfather. (asking for a friend)

Could you please recommend a Jewish, Medicare-accepting geriatric nursing home with a Russian-speaking staff in the Coney Island area. Preferably it would be around the projects near the W. 30s & Surf Ave area. Also, if you know of a reliable website (or any sort of service) reliably ranking Brooklyn geriatric nursing homes, that would be great too.

I'd start with the local office for the aging. Getting a direct recommendation from them would probably be best, but they also have a map and full list of senior housing options on their website.

Check out this website: www.ourparents.com
It does the ranking thing, and provides basic information.
