What is a mint 1975 guild d40 NT worth?

You might want to ask the Acoustic Guitar Forum for an answer, as they often have VERY educated advice. They do have a rule against discussing prices, but I'm sure you could word your question a little bit differently, i.e. How can I get an appraisal for a mint 1975 Guild D40?

Your Guild would have been made in Westerly, RI and they are not nearly as valuable as the ones which were made out of Hoboken, NJ in the 1960's. Even so, your D40 is worth about $1400-$1600 if it's really mint.

Orehek's estimate seems pretty right on to me. (I own a 1984 D-40, and still troll the eBay from time to time looking at '70s models, wondering how I might convince my wife to let me get another...)
