What's this video?

After seeing the George Washington video by Brad Neely, I was reminded of a similar video, but can't seem to find it. It was an alligator(ish) guy riding a jet-ski "across the plains," "smiling at the dames," and having some sort of weapon strapped to his hip. The style was so similar I was convinced it was the same guy but am either worthless at searching or wrong. Anyone know what this was?

Best answer: Taking out the "the" in "smiling at [the] dames" popped your video up right away - it's Brimstone Blaine! And he seems like a badass.
