Do you have the *new* Lee Brothers cookbook?

Xmas cooking emergency: Need a recipe out of the *new* Lee Brothers cookbook, titled Simple Fresh Southern. Have the ingredients for pork/figs/madeira with me but forgot to bring the book, and I can't find the recipe online. Can anyone help? Many thanks in advance!

you should try asking on websites with a higher percentage of cooks, like chowhound, egullet, or seriouseats.
