Meebo and Google Talk

I use Meebo and Google talk is one of my accounts on Meebo. Does Meebo automatically add my contacts (assuming they use Google talk) to my Meebo list?

In other words, I logged on to my Meebo acct today and found someone I recently exchanged emails with (using Gmail) in my Meebo account. I never chatted with that person via Google chat. I use this specific account with coworkers, so I don't want to delete this account. Do I just delete that person?

Thanks!

I don't know about Meebo, but from what I can tell, Google's contacts are shared across all services – Google Voice has my Gmail contacts without having added them, GChat looks similar.

Google chat just draws it's contact list from your Google Mail account. If it's in your mail contact list, they'll show up in Google chat.

Google chat adds contacts for you after both of you correspond, and Meebo picked up on that. Just delete 'em.
