KLOS L.A., the hazy '80s past

Calling Los Angeles Radio, circa 1980s. KLOS, Sunday night 'round 11 p.m. through 5 a.m., call-in talk radio. All topics. They talked about everything. Stoner heaven (a friend says, I swear). Who was the host? Thanks, dude. Rock on.

Best answer: Michael Benner. His show ran from '77-'87 (I remember KLOS running a talk show late Sunday Night before that... FCC Public Affairs requirement... but it wasn't interesting until Benner took over). I had trouble googling him because my mind keeps making his name Brenner, duh. One of the few LA Radio stars of that era I've never met, but happy to see he's still around and occasionally on the radio (Pacifica's KPFK, semi-obviously). And who else would own the domain theagelesswisom.com (with a 1997 design)?
