Need help with a concept video. What are my options?

Lately I've had a few business ideas that I think need concept videos, which would involve moderate CG and production, to properly explain. What are my options, in the price range of nothing (film/graphics students?) to around $1000?

I think we're going to need a bit more information to answer this. What production values do you have in mind? What sort of CGI are you thinking about?

Response by poster: Well I'm kind of restricted by the money figure, I don't really have a production value in mind because I literally have no idea of what a dollar gets you in this area. The graphics I need would be some fairly basic 2d graphics overlaid on real-world footage. Thanks for your help!
