Making sweet music in fiction?

What's your favorite online fiction site, and did you find what I'm looking for?

I found some great resources here, here, and here. Now I'm in a time crunch and hope that you can recommend the best short story or novella you've read about or involving music or musical characters (by which I mean gifted with musical talent, not singing princesses or anything). HUGE BONUS if it's online. Thanks!!
