Are there any sites or blogs dedicated to pointing out great courses and lectures not to be missed on iTunes U?

It's not exactly what you're asking for, but Academic Earth is a good source of quality course and lecture videos. Those that I've watched have been pretty good, and perhaps you'll get what you want if you stick to the "Featured" or top-rated courses and lectures.
