Mac and PC Videoconferencing

What's the best solution for videoconferencing between a Mac with iSight and a PC with an USB webcam?

I've read that the new iChat can work with AIM 5.5, but I haven't been able to try it. Does anybody have?
I really need to hear from people with experience with this whole issue...

I have used said iChat < -> AIM 5.5 combination to much success.

Granted, the friend at the PC end had no microphone, just a camera - but she could hear and see me, and I could see her just fine.

It occasionally flaked out but no more often than any other video conferencing facility I've ever used.

Requires XP on the PC end. USB 2.0 is better than 1.x for the connection.

We use ichat on our iMac to conference with AIM 5.5 on my parents' PC all the time. It works great, audio and video. Great for grandparents. No config or mucking about, it just works. YMMV.

Over the internet, i'd say Yahoo Messenger has the best free vidconference of the major clients. Picture is updated frequently, theres a "super mode" for broadband, and its in its own window in case you need to minimize it for...whatever reason.
