Looking for Moleskine notebook accessories.

Looking for Moleskine accessories (from the cheap to the luxurious) for my 5" x 8" Moleskine. I write all the time and

- carrying cases
- pens
- pen holders
etc.

Fountain pens! You will find widely varying opinions on this subject. A common criticism of Moleskines is that the paper tends is too thin for some pens and inks, but I've had good luck with a few pens: Hero 329, Pilot 78G (Broad nib), and Lamy Vista (extra-fine nib). These have all generally worked well for me with Noodler's inks. YMMV, but half the fun is in the experimentation.

er, "paper is too thin". If I were using a fountain pen I would cross out "tends".
