HBO TV show in the 90s... Follows a guys life and shows segments from 60s and 70s TV shows because he was essentially raised in front of the television. Can anyone tell me what it was called? Thanks hive!
Yup, Dream On. A friend of mine got if off Netflix recently. The difference in production values between back then and today's HBO shows is rather staggering.

Dream On, yes. The other cool thing about the show is that this ordinary guy inexplicably got to have sex with many hot women.

I loved that show. It also introduced me to Wendie Malick, who I think is awesome and hilarious.

It appears to be on Hulu.com, the entire series, but in "edited for broadcast" form.

Every show featured one gratuitous breast shot. Because it was HBO and they could.

Wendie Malick was the star's ex-wife. She is good. But I really liked his assistant!

Topper (with concern): "Is everything okay?"
asst (loudly): "It's PERSONAL!"
Great show.
