Somebody shoot me...?

Where can I find a reputable photographer in the Oregon Coast area?
I would very much like to have photos done when my significant other comes to visit in a week, but I live in Podunkville and haven't explored the outlying regions well enough to know who's out there.
Are there any studios in the Central Oregon Coast region who are reputable and don't charge an arm and a leg? I'm looking for something above Wal-mart quality, but can't afford to drop several hundred dollars for a photo session, either.
To give you an idea of location, we will be traveling from as far south as Gold Beach, to as far north as Lincoln City, so anywhere somewhat within that range would be optimal. Thank you for your help!

You may have a hard time finding a bargain on ASMP. Honestly your best bet if you are looking for a deal is craigslist. Most reputable photographers will charge over $100 for any portrait session. Sometimes for a draw a photog will offer you a cheap sitting but then you will have to pay quite a bit for any prints.

Try contacting a local art college, or have a look on Flickr to see if there are any amateur photographers who are a cut above the average.

ECoD asked for a reputable photographer, not a cheap one. This is one of those fields where you almost always get what you pay for.
ASMP isn't a bad option and is worth checking out.

Response by poster: Wow, I can't believe I didn't think of Craigslist! There wasn't much to be found on the coastal version, but it was still a great thought.
And while I'm totally using ASMP for the next time I'm in one of the larger cities, unfortunately, there was nada for my area. I love living here, but being a Phoenician-turned-Coast lover has its downside too, mainly the lack of many good services.
Thank you all for your great answers!

Here's who we used for our wedding, based in Florence.
Disclaimer: he's a friend of ours, so take this reference for what ever it worth to you. However, he and his wife are very nice and talented folks. His wife is a well-regarded local painter, and I think they both have a great eye (and know the coast area well).
I have absolutely no idea what he'd charge for a session-weddings are different, of course.

You definitely get what you pay for, but without dropping $100, you'll not get a professional to spend the time. There are some excellent amateurs out there, but you have to do a lot more work, as they haven't got experience in the business.
