What are some good places to gig around Vancouver?
I'm touring out to Vancouver with a folk/roots band next week. We have a gig confirmed in Van city but are looking for a couple other nights in the surrounding area. Can anybody recommend any good venues that host live music in Chilliwack/Abbotsford/Victoria etc.?

Thing to do is check out the tour schedule of some folk/roots musicians, like Valdy.
Pick a couple of places they're playing, and see who else is playing there. Then check out their tour schedule. Repeat.

Oh wait--you're coming in next week. That's kind of short notice to set something up...Neiltupper might be right, in that case, in advising Legion type gigs.
