Crowd of white-coated riders.

A western film I saw on TV about 35 years ago featuring a crowd of horse riders wearing long white coats. Anyone know the title?

This western movie featured a large crowd of horse riders who wore long white coats in several scenes, maybe including the climactic final scene. I'm thinking it was a serious film, not a comedy. Henry Fonda may have been in it.

I think the Regulators at the end of Pale Rider are wearing long, light-colored duster coats.
