I'm looking for entertaining, funny, short (<2:00), and inspirational YouTube clips to get my work volleyball team pumped. Any suggestions appreciated, thanks!

Examples of ones I've used in the past are:

I've been a part of teams that have used this (better quality on hulu) for sort of the same thing.
um, you'll have to watch until the very end for it to make sense.

I had a friend who used to pump people up for exams by standing on a table in the dining hall and performing this speech from the movie Independence Day. Its incongruity is what made it funny.

I always liked the terry tate shorts.

Sometimes, when I'm dragging my feet, I like to watch this video.

It's a tribute to the women who flew fighters for the Soviets during World War II, so the video is a Lilya Litvak-heavy series of stills, but I don't think it's physically possible to not feel something stir when hearing the Partisan Song.

The J-Mac story is a little longer than 2 minutes, but it's sports-related and if it doesn't inspire you, I submit that nothing will.

My favourite is this. I just watched it again: I'm now covered in goosebumps and ready to do absolutely anything.

Seconding J-Mac.

But...

1991 US Open with a 39 year old Jimmy Connors who many considered to be past his retirement age. He's made it to the semi-finals and is playing against 25 year old Paul Haarhuis.

I hate tennis...but I remember watching that on tv when I was just a kid. Haunting.

I remember a time in college when I had to pump myself up for a task that I had never ever attempted. All eyes were on me, and the only thing I could conjure up was Jimmy Connors.

I chugged that pitcher so hard, I could have sworn I was Hercules drinking the Aegean Sea.

Jimmy Connors was freaking nuts. Still to this day, I have never seen anyone hustle like that in tennis. Ever.

Ever.
