Stop my sleeves from riding up and wrinkling?

The sleeves on my shirts and jackets have an unfortunate tendency to ride up and wrinkle. What can I do to remedy this?

When was the last time you were measured? Are you sure your clothes are fitting properly?

I don't believe I have every been measured. I walk into a store and buy whatever seems to fit. I do have skinny wrists in proportion to my body size.
