Name this weird dance

What's the name of this kind of dancing?

There's a certain kind of dancing, I guess it's considered break dancing but I'm not sure. I'm looking for videos of it online but don't know what to call it. It's hard to explain; basically the dancer moves parts of his/her body while isolating other parts so it looks like the parts are kind of melting into each other. I don't know how else to explain it. Anybody familiar with this? Anybody know what it's called?

If you're talking about something that looks like this, then yeh, that's liquid.

The fact you are asking this question means you have probably already seen David Elsewhere in action (in case you haven't, he's not the first guy).

Seconding popping and locking.

It's not popping without the "pops," or the jerky effect, and it's not locking without the isolation. Elsewhere's style is more accurately called "waving" and the footwork version is "gliding." The wikipedia page above distinguishes waving and liquiding by their respective associations with breaking and raving.
