Where can I refill compressed natural gas tanks?

My partner and I are tying to find a place which allows civilians to refill compressed natural gas tanks in the Santa Cruz area.

Response by poster: yah but we went to those and they wont let us fill tanks, they are for compressed natural gas vehicles
