What song is this?

What song is playing at the beginning of this video (Chicago Bulls Introduction 1997 NBA Finals Game 6)?
Actually I believe it's Eye in the Sky by the Alan Parsons Project (which I believe was some sort of hovercraft)

Eye in the Sky was the album. Excerpt from wiki:
The opening instrumental was largely done away with by 1980; no later Project album except Eye in the Sky featured one (although every album includes at least one instrumental somewhere in the running order). The instrumental on that album, "Sirius," eventually became the best-known (or at least most frequently heard) Parsons instrumental because of its use as entrance music by various American sports teams, most notably by the Chicago Bulls during their 1990s NBA dynasty

Or maybe not.
The 1:54 minute instrumental piece entitled Sirius immediately precedes Eye in the Sky on the original recording, which then seamlessly leads into Eye in the Sky as a second track. However, most radio stations choose to play Eye in the Sky alone, due to time constraints.
This shit is confusing. DAMN YOU ALAN PARSONS!

What I gathered from that is that the instrumental "Sirius" is what the Bulls used, and "Eye in the Sky" (the song) follows it and has lyrics. Now I'm kind of curious to hear it.

Heh. Without even watching the video I could sing the song (doo doo DAH doo doo doo DAH doo), but I had no idea what it was either. It was, as bjork24 mentions, the Bulls intro music for much of their heyday in the 90s. Thanks for answering a question I never knew I wanted to ask.

I think the Bulls used this as their intro song for all of their home games during the 90's

They still use it.
While the selection of music always stays fresh, the Bulls continue to use some classic pieces, such as Wooly Bully, Rock n' Roll Part II (the "hey" song, as it has come to be known by fans), and Sirius, the Alan Parsons Project song that is used during player introductions.
