Will PS3 Singstar Mics work with the PS3 versions of the Rockband games & Guitar Hero: WT?

Calling my fellow PS3 owners! Do the PS3 Singstar microphones work with the PS3 versions of Guitar Hero: World Tour and the Rockband games? I have done some Google searching which has turned up responses ranging from "yes" to "no" to "maybe"... I'm hoping AskMe can turn up something a little more definitive.

Good question. I have both so I'll test it once I get home.
I do know that the Rockband mic does not work for Singstar.

I'm guessing no, and I have all three of these games on PS3 at home, but I'm still at work. IIRC, Rock band, and GH:WT both use regular USB Mics. While Singstar uses regular mics that allow 2 plugged into one adapter which by my best guess would not look like a regular usb mic. If simplethings doens't come back with a definitive answer in the next 4-5 hours I can test it out.

It's a yes for Rockband (1)!
The mic works... well, the blue mic works. It doesn't seem as sensitive... I feel like I have to sing significantly louder for it to pick up my voice. And there might be a slight lag... But, it works.

Rock Band says that you can plug in any USB mic and it should work.

In 5 short months I was able to get to the bottom of this, the delay is largely due to the difficulty of getting grant money in the current economy. In short, my guess was totally wrong. The sing star mics (both of them even) work with Rock Band 2. I experienced something similar to simplethings, it seems the mics were a little less sensitive and you had to sing a little bit louder to register. They also happen to work with GH:WT (both mics work simultaneously, same a RB2).
