Fancy Dining in Rotterdam

Looking for dinner and drinking suggestions in Rotterdam on New Year's Eve.
My girlfriend and I will be spending New Year's Eve in Rotterdam and are looking for a delicious dinner. We'd love something a little romantic or cosy, but friendly as well. We are interested in most types of food, but aren't huge fish/seafood fans. Basically, something that will be a great experience for under 150 Euros with wine.
While we're at it, we are also looking for recommendations for other activities that evening... fireworks, good bars and coffee shops.
