Where in the world can one study myofascial trigger point therapy?

Which courses of study offer training in myofascial trigger point therapy to a professional standard, taught in English?
Hi. I'm considering studying somewhere to become a trigger point therapist.
The only serious course I have come across is the Pittsburgh School of Pain Management
I'm going to look into that one. If anyone has any experience of them I'd be interested. I'd like to see if there are any other options.
I'm in the UK, but luckily have the freedom to study elsewhere as long as it's taught in English.
I'm also interested in creative solutions e.g. if there is a physiotherapy course where the tutors are very keen on TP therapy and it's taken seriously as a first line of treatment.
I'm not so interested in workshops aimed at massage therapists etc that explain the outlines, as I have pretty much studied to this level by myself.
Cheers!

You could also check with the International Myopain Society - perhaps they offer referrals to training programs? I have no knowledge of the professional courses of study; my only knowledge comes from what a massage therapist taught me, and from reading Clair Davies' Trigger Point Therapy Workbook.
The self-help workbook and the TheraCane (which I use daily) have kept me out of the doctor's office for a long time, so I have a great deal of respect for this course of study. I wish it were more widely recognized and practiced. Without Trigger Point Therapy I wouldn't even be typing this right now - I'd be out of commission from my repetitive strain injury.
