Seeking Online CBT Resources

I am looking for Cognitive Behavior Therapy websites to supplement my independent reading and work.

I have been working through the book Feeling Good for the past few months (after reading many recommendations for it here on AskMe), and it has been making a big difference in my life. I don't have health insurance, and make very little money, so I am trying to find extra resources to supplement what I'm doing on my own. I figure I am sitting in front of a computer all day at my bookstore, and maybe I can apply this time to online exercises or worksheets, or things of that nature. My life is about to experience a new set of difficult complications in a month, and I want to be in the best mindset possible. (Also, if anyone knows of very affordable CBT therapists in NYC I would be indebted to you for the information!) Thanks.

Ah, beaten to it. I was going to suggest Moodgym and e-couch as well, both are run by the same group of people and they're almost completely based on CBT (e-couch has some IPT bits in it as well). There's a fair bit of overlap in them (and if you've already read Feeling Good you might recognise most of it), but sign up for both and check them out.

As for affordable therapist, you might be able to find a sliding scale therapist somewhere in your area. Googling or searching ask mefi for 'sliding scale' might help.

Good luck!
