Can anyone tell me what songs were on the soundtrack of House last night?

The hubby and I were watching House last night (Oct 21) and heard a song near the end of the show that we wanted to know more about (like where to buy it!). It had great male harmonies. Unfortunately we accidentally deleted it from our Tivo so I can't do a search based on lyrics. Can anyone help?

Opening: The Kills "Cheap and Cheerful"
Thirteen and patient: Joseph Arthur "Could We Survive"
Ending: Annie Lennox "Dark Road"

Incidentally, the show gives the names of the songs and artists in its captioning.

TuneFind substantiates sageleaf's list, and is very helpful in situations like these. The Joseph Arthur song was towards the end and caught my attention - I bet it's the one you're thinking of.
