Large Models

NameThisTechnologyFilter: Looking to get very large (10 - 14 ft. / 3 - 4.25 metres long; 10 inches / 25 centimeters dia.), lightweight 3D models made of my company's products.

I've seen exactly what I'm looking for in competitors' trade show booths, but I don't know what the technology / process is called.

The models seem to be made with a stiff foam interior and a hard-ish painted shell.

What should I be asking for?

Best answer: Could it be a polystyrene model?

Response by poster: That or polyurethane foam, also mentioned on that site.
