Recognize the Template?

Two political candidates have identical websites. Did one rip another off, or are they both using the same template?

I was researching the third party candidates for the Virginia Senate seat that's up in November, and I noticed that the websites of Libertarian William Redpath and Virginia Independent Green Gail Parker(warning: AMAZING jingle plays when you load the page) look exactly the same.

Does anyone recognize this as a premade template, or did one candidate rip off the other? The navigation bar is in flash, which leads me to believe that the source for this exists somewhere, but I don't know how to find it.

Best answer: *cough*

Sorry, here for the non-copy paste brigade, and,

Yes - it's a bought template for those don't want to have to click a link.

They are not actually identical. Mr. Redpath clearly ended up with a better template-using web monkey than Ms. Parker, who's site is vastly more revolting.

Gail Parker must be reading Ask Metafilter. Her site seems to be offline. ;-)
