Name this sample

What's this sample from? I heard this song (containing the sample) on an internet radio stream, listed as "Growin'" by Freddie Kruger & Berger. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find anything about that artist (or related spellings), and the sample sounds so familiar, but I can't quite figure it out...

Don't know the sample, but the track is from this release.
