Free webcam recorder for Windows?

What's a good free webcam recorder for Windows? No need for video capture; I just want the sequential images. I'm thinking of something like WebTimer on OS X, but for WinNT4 and newer.

(And I'm using it for city timelapses, in case you were thinking of other possible uses, you horny bastidges. ;)

I've used chillcam for this very purpose. I took sequential shots of myself sleeping and then pieced the images together into an animated gif the next morning.
