Where should tour buses dump their septic tank?

Where are tour buses, like the kind bands travel around on, supposed to dump their septic tanks? This obviously isn't the proper method, so where?

yeah, I go RVing sometimes and buses use the same system. Most RV and state parks have disposal sites too.

Rest stops often have sanitary disposal things as well, they're even free.

I don't know where they are supposed to (See above) but I know where they are NOT supposed to.
