OSX Mail Icon

In Apple's OS X, the icon for "Mail" depicts a postage stamp with the words "Hello from C_________." I can't read it. What does it say? It's not Cupertino or California. Or maybe Cocoa?
For those not in OS X...
cUpertino, but yeah, that's what it says.
