Do you know where this is?

Does anyone recognize this photo? It looks like a cemetary to me but I can't identify which one.
See here. I've been searching to no avail for some time. Any ideas? I'm looking for the location and name.

(I'm extremely bored here at work, so) where did you find the picture, originally?

Response by poster: The picture is a part of this puzzle. It's the only photo not identified. We haven't had any luck figuring out so I thought Ask MeFi hive mind might be able to recognize it.

Maybe this can jog your memory? I was just checking out the more famous ones with Google Maps, but couldn't come up with anything.

Response by poster: It may not be a cemetery at all but I'll keep looking, thanks. We're under a deadline; the picture has to be identified by 9 pm pacific. I'm stumped.

I'd think park instead of cemetery and maybe park in Germany. Englisher Gardens in Munich perhaps?

Those cars appear to be driving on the left though I can't be sure with that poor resolution. Narrows things a bit. I had a look at pics of the two largest cemeteries in Sydney and Melbourne - no match.

To me it doesn't look like a cemetery, especially after looking at satellite pictures of known cemeteries. To me it looks more like the AIDS Quilt, or something of that sort, laid out in a park.

It looks very much like the cemeteries in New Orleans ("cities of the dead"). I looked through the cemeteries that come up on google maps and couldn't find a positive ID, but I would bet anything it was a cemetery made up of mausoleums. I'm sure N.O. didn't invent that style of burial, so it could be a different place that also has a problem with flooding.
