this game needs help

Help me remember how to play A-Train! I downloaded FreeTrain, but don't remember how to play it.

Buy stocks when they are low! Sell before the crash. Oh A-train how many hours I wasted looking at the screen in confusion as trains picked up blocks and took them away - WHY ARE YOU TAKING MY BLOCKS?!

Home of the underdogs has the instruction manual and the expansion available for download.
