I can use document properties to make a pdf file open at 100% on my mac, but its all blown up and wonky in reader on PCs. Anyone know how to make 72dpi pdf files open with a 1-1 px ratio on a PC?

Uh, yes, I think. I'm not 100% sure this was a Mac to PC thing; at the agency where I had to do this some people were on Macs and some were on PCs.

You seem to have the "open options" (I think it's called) down pat. Set that to 100% when you save a PDF so it will open at 100%.

But also, when viewing, under Preferences->Page Display, set "Custom Resolution" to whatever resolution you need. I, too, once had to have a client set theirs to 72 pixels/inch so they weren't seeing everything wonky. That did the trick.
