Wal-Mart employee data

In search of Wal-Mart employee data.
I'm trying to find publicly available data on the number of Wal-Mart employees by state, and then by store. I'm particularly interested in the number of Wal-Mart employees in Arkansas, number of Wal-Mart employees in Johnson County, number of employees in particular Johnson, Cty., Arkansas stores. I'm also interested in data about rates of employee turnover.

I worked at walmart, and they had the store's turnover rate printed up and stuck on the walls in several places in the back.
(store #992 had something like 72%)
You could probably get one of the less loyal employees to figure it out.

The number of employees by state is available at Wal-Mart Facts - In Your State.
As of December 2007 Wal-Mart reports 47,285 “associates” in Arkansas.

Johnson County compiles employment data, but it only lists top 10 employers on its website. (Other counties have hard data listed, so it might be a matter of simply calling and asking.) The local Chamber of Commerce also is likely to have such data.
For state totals, try the Arkansas CoC.
You're unlikely to get employee turnover data from anyone but Wal-Mart, and they're unlikely to give it out. You might be able to get some info from the local unemployment agency, but that won't give you a full picture.
