NSFWFilter: Adult banner ad service?

Amongst my many other web properties, I run a small blog with pictures of pretty naked people, and I'm looking to ad some nonintrusive banners to the design. Does anyone have any experience with the various providers of such services? Which are reputable, which are not? For context, I would use google adsense if they didn't have an issue with NSFW sites. Not looking for obnoxious popunderjavascript crapola, as this is not my main source of revenue.

For a dating site that I and a friend run, we tried out Adult Friend Finder's affiliate program, found here.

They have a variety of levels of affiliate sites (hard/soft/etc), and it seemed like a pretty good deal -- we made a few hundred off them until our traffic started to fall off (not their fault, ours).

I've had decent experiences with AVN ads, though I was purchasing advertising space, not offering.
