Help me find a Ray Charles song, please?

I heard Ben Folds cover this song, and I'm desperate to find an mp3 version of it on the internet.

The song is "Them That Got"

I found several sites offering an mp3 of that song with this Google search (not sure of the safety or veracity of any of the sites listed, though)

supposedly this place has the folds version, I'm not going to voice for the legality, safety or anything else though, not even going to link to it, so cut and paste and see what you think.

The Ben Folds version is available on iTunes. I know that's not an mp3 file, but at least it's legit. The Ray Charles version is neither on iTunes nor eMusic.

It's a track on Songs for Goldfish, which was originally a bonus disc accompanying Songs for Silverman.
