John Sayles quote

I'm looking for the source for this John Sayles quote: ". . . That’s why so many of Hitchcock’s guys are architects. In the ecology of certain movies, you need a person to be able to be gone for a long time and having an adventure–and nobody knows what the fuck and architect does. They have little plans that are rolled up, and they go visit a building site every once in a while, but they kick off for a week and a half and have an adventure—nobody misses them. And it’s kind of a classy thing; they obviously went to college, and da-da-da. Otherwise you’ve got to go and work." --filmmaker John Sayles on the suggestion that his own movies insist on the economic necessity of work

Nothing in Google Books or Google News Archive (to save anyone else the search). Probably something like Film Threat.
