What is this Genesis game?!

I need help finding an old Sega Genesis game that I played as a kid

Alright, my memory is a bit fuzzy here so I may not be totally accurate, but when I was a kid I used to go over to my neighbor's who had a Genesis and there was this one game we would always play...

What I remember is that it was set in some kids dream and I know this is very vague but there was this one part where you had to fall from the sky and dodge all these objects. There was also boomboxes located in certain levels, but I can't remember what for.

Hopefully someone can tell me what game this was, it's been driving me nuts.

This wouldn't be one of the old ToeJam and Earl games would it?

Best answer: It sounds a little like Little Nemo, but that was for the NES. I'm probably totally off base.

Aw! And that was my first guess, but the Genesis and boom box threw me. Ah, those fond, fuzzy memories. Nemo was one of my favorites.

It's so strange the way the most random games are the ones that so many people enjoyed. I loved this one, but an odd number of people were also all about the Rescue Rangers game...
