English high court ruling on commercial paper

The English High Court issued a ruling yesterday (September 13) regarding a commercial paper conduit that ended up in receivership in England. Where can I find the ruling?

Okay, this is a long shot, I know. I've been searching on the courts service website (http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/), and I've spoken with some folks in London. I know that this was a decision involving a CP issuer coming out of the high court; I suspect it was probably issued by the Queen's Bench Companies Court. I know that the ruling came out yesterday. Unfortunately, everyone in London has gone home, so there's nobody left to talk to. Is there anywhere I might find find this ruling on the internets?

The only thing I'm seeing on Lexis Nexis is Kali Ltd and another v Chawla and other, which seems to involve an offshore company and a loan and such, but it was handed down on the 12th. I don't think it's what you want, but on the off chance it is I can post it.

On the 13th there was one case, but it was about a car accident or some such.

Westlaw is even less fruitful.

Response by poster: Thanks to both of you. Yeah, Kali Ltd. is probably not it - I just googled Kali and they aren't what I'm looking for. I should be able to track it down on Monday once the courts reopen.
