How do I get rid of my flower "icon" in Mail? It only shows up in my own messages when I bcc myself, but it is really annoying.

I suspect that the flower picture is your "user picture." You can change it, or I believe remove it altogether (although I'm not 100% certain) in the Users pane of System Preferences.

It's also used in iChat for your own "face." (If it's the same icon that I'm thinking of.)

Yep, it comes from the Address Book icon for your account, which by default is the icon you choose in SysPref.

The least invasive solution is to delete the picture from your Address Book card (drag it to the trash).

A small aside: Also, if you paste photos of your friends into their entries in the Address Book program, then when you get an email from that person, you'll see their photo at the top of the email.
