Comedy about irresistible girl

Looking for the name of a movie about a girl so irresistible every guy she meets falls in love with her. One of them is a bartender another is a cop. It ends with the girl driving off with a hitman while the other guys end up confronting each other in a house.

A somewhat underrated film for my money, although the ending is silly. The soft porn shots of Liv Tyler washing the car are annoying, but Matt Dillon is really good, as is Michael Douglas.

I loved that movie. Hilarious, and Tyler is a hottie. Though I can't imagine how you could find a wet Liv Tyler annoying.
