Kristen Chenoweth? She's an actress and an opera singer. How do you know the woman in the ad is an opera singer...what did it say?

Best answer: Checking in from the otherside of the world, a poster I pass every day at the Mont Blanc store is of Katherine Jenkins, opera singer.

Montblanc Boutique Boston is in Copley Place. Often the advertising in the enclosed walkbridge is for shops in either shopping facility -- Copley or the Prudential Center. I suspect you might be right.

Another vote (from the other side of the world) for Jenkins. I see her Mont Blanc ads everywhere.

Response by poster: Katherine Jenkins, yes yes yes! Thank you :)
Smackfu, I'd love to take a photo but sadly, I don't live nearly close enough. Believe me, I certainly would like to be a whole lot closer to Boston though!

For what it's worth, I'd call Jenkins an "opera" singer in the broadest sense of the word... Her albums feature opera rep, but she has not (to my knowledge) performed any roles on the opera stage. I suspect her voice records beautifully, but is a bit small for the large houses without amplification.
I'd call her more of a classical crossover artist, akin to Sarah Brightman. For instance, one of the tracks on her current album is an Italian language recording of Bryan Adams' "Everything I Do (I Do it for You)" - but v. popular in the UK, from what I hear.
