Instructions for making an origami crane from a dollar bill?

About 5 years ago I had the idea to leave some money for a friend by folding an origami crane out of a $20. I spent about 2 minutes on Google and found instructions, and everything worked out beautifully. A few weeks ago I had the same thought, but have been utterly unable to find instructions on how to do this fold. The only reference I've been able to find is a book (published 2 years after I found the instructions online), but I'm not keen on buying a book just for one model. I'm hoping someone out there can help me out.

Best answer: Why make one crane from a dollar when you can make two?

Or you could watch this video...

Tweak a dollar bill into a square and just fold it the usual way?

I have this book, which I thought had instructions for a crane, but turns out it doesn't.
