Any suggestions for web based market data and charts providers?

any suggestions for web based market data and charts providers (open source or for pay service)? ... delayed data/charts are fine.

Response by poster: just the major indexes - and treasury rates - 5 - 10 and 30 year ... some charts would be wonderful as well... ala bigcharts.com.

Response by poster: actually i am looking for some tools for a clients website - there are a number of ways to approach this - i was wondering if anyone knew of any off the shelf packages or perhaps open source stuff out there, rather than reinventing the wheel.
