iTalkBB?

Does anyone have experience with the VOIP sevice iTalkBB? Is it reliable? Can we use more than one phone? Is their customer service bilingual, or only Chinese?

Response by poster: This is not an April Fool's Day joke. We really are looking at this service and wondering if it's a good idea. My wife makes a lot of calls to China, and the iTalkBB service includes unlimited calls like that.

Has anyone reading this used it, or do you know someone who has?
